Our History
AW Ship Management was established in 2014 by experienced maritime professionals bringing decades of collective expertise in ship management and technical operations. In 2016, we established AW Crewing Services on the Isle of Man to provide specialized crew recruitment and management. Our integration into the Hadley Shipping Group in 2019 marked a significant milestone, aligning us with a family-controlled British shipping company whose heritage extends back to 1926.
